Stephen is a dedicated Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Taxation and Business Advisory services. Stephen has a rich history of helping clients across various industries including building & construction, medical, sporting recreation centres and gyms, retail, wholesale, hospitality, manufacturing, transport, media productions, graphic design, commercial cleaning and not-for profits.

Growing up in a family of business owners, Stephen developed a deep passion for small to medium-sized family businesses. Witnessing the highs and lows of entrepreneurship firsthand, he learned the values of hard work, honesty and determination in achieving goals and providing opportunities for family. This personal connection fuels his commitment to helping his clients succeed both personally and professionally. Stephen takes pride in offering meticulous, honest, proactive, and timely advice to help his clients plan and achieve their goals.

Stephen’s approach is client-centric, focusing on understanding each client’s unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Outside of his professional life, Stephen loves spending quality time with his family, watching his children play sport and exploring new destinations through travel as much as possible.

Mike joins us as an experienced accounting professional, bringing over 35 years in public practice, including more than three decades as a Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience advising small to medium-sized businesses across professional services, medical and allied health, retail, construction, hospitality, franchising, and family-owned enterprises.

His areas of expertise include business structuring, taxation compliance and planning, succession and retirement planning.
